Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Domestic Banking)
Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
– Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via calls and chats
– Providing product/service information to customers
– Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
Fresher and experienced both can apply
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills of these languages:
English/Hindi/ Bengali
Shifts:
There will be no night shifts
6 working days with 1 rotational week off
Hindi +Bengali=
13.5kctc 10.9k in hand
Hindi +English / Bengali + English=
12k in hand , 15k ctc
