Role & responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers’ issues, and offering solutions promptly.
Work on a blended process where you will be required to handle both inbound and outbound calls simultaneously.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.
Preferred candidate profile
0-4 years of experience in BPO or call center environment (freshers can apply).
Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Ability to work from home office setup with reliable internet connection.
Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues effectively.

9hrs shift
Rotational shift
Rotational week off
Salary 18k ctc and 14k in hand
Work from home profile
