Role Details :
Need dynamic service oriented team member to be a part of Contact center to cater to the needs of IndusInd Bank valuable customers over the Phone (Across all verticals).
Overall Job Description :
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their Queries/Request/Complains.
Raise Request & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool.
Generate leads and educate customers about new products & their benefits.
Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Capture problem indicators, highlight and suggest improvement.
Education – Essential requirement : Any graduate(15 years of education).
Work experience – Both fresher & experience.
Languages Required: English + Hindi (compulsory).
Work Timings – Shifts (Starting 6.30 am), Open to work in shifts / rotational offs (For Female shift window will be 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).
Any specific requirements :
Excellent verbal communication skills Hindi Mandatory
Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
