Hiring Banking Operations – Back Office

Experience – 6+ Years
(1+ Year Team Handling)
Location: Chennai / Hyderabad
Work from Office
BPO Industry
Shift: Night Shift (6 PM – 6 AM IST, No Rotational Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee back-office banking operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.
Backoffice
Maintain and update customer account information in client applications.

Handle escalations and ad-hoc requests from commercial bankers, customers, and prospects.

Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Supervise a team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Review daily work inflow and ensure timely processing within SLAs.

Collaborate with bank branches and maintain strong business relationships.
