Position: Customer Care Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Landmark: Durgam Cheruvu Metro Station

Note: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory, along with fluency in Tamil, Kannada, or any other language apart from Telugu.”

Eligibility:

Qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate
Freshers and Experienced candidates (1 years in Voice Process)

Job Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions.
Follow communication scripts for various topics.
Build strong relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive call records in the database.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
Strong phone & verbal communication skills with active listening.
Customer-focused with adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Night shift applicable only for male candidates; No night shift for female candidates).
Good typing skills.
