Genpact Walk-In drive for Content Moderation roles || Walk-In venue: Kolkata || Work location: Hyderabad location on 23rd August 2025 (Saturday)

Note: Walk-in is happening at KOLKATA location however the work location would be Hyderabad

**Candidate should be able to speak/read and understand both Bengali and English languages.

Walk-In Date: 23-August-2025 (Saturday)
Walk-in Timings: 11 AM – 3 PM
Walk-in venue: Genpact, Imagine Tech Park Opposite of Fusion BPO Salt Lake , Sector V, near collage more Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700091
Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
Experience: Only Freshers are eligible (2021- 2025 passed outs) (Candidate should have provisional certificate/marksheet handy)
Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Language known: Bengali+English

Responsibilities

Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/ sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
