Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and service requests efficiently (via phone, email, or in-branch)
Provide information about banking products and services
Maintain and update customer records accurately
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Ensure compliance with bank policies and service standards
Note- Bring 2 copies of CV and be in formals.
