Responsibilities (Role-wise):
Preferred Relationship Manager (PRM):
Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI clients.
Provide investment advisory & cross-sell banking products.
Build strong customer relationships to drive business.
Personal Banker – Classic (PB Classic):
Ensure smooth customer onboarding and transactions.
Achieve branch sales & service delivery targets.
Address queries and enhance customer experience.
Corporate Account Relationship Manager (CARM):
Acquire and manage corporate accounts.
Drive CASA & transaction banking business.
Strengthen institutional relationships with corporates.
Branch Sales Manager (BSM):
Lead branch-level sales & team performance.
Drive product penetration across banking services.
Formulate and implement business growth strategies.
Teller / Welcome Desk (WD):
Handle cash transactions, deposits & withdrawals.
Provide frontline banking support to customers.
Ensure compliance with banking processes & accuracy in operations.
