Salary Range (as per experience)

Min – 2.08 LPA

Max – 2.88 LPA

Job profile

1. Handling calls of customers

2. Responding to customers with the resolution

3. Adherence to service delivery standards

4. Follow up with concern department / branches for resolution & closure.

Preferable Candidates –

1. Graduate (in any stream)

2. Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in tele calling (no fresher required)

3. Candidates with good communication skills

Exp : 1 – 3 years
Salary :2-2.75 Lacs P.A.
