Role: Relationship Manager
Department: Sales & Business Development
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and other mortgage products.
Generate leads through multiple channels including real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
Identify prospective customers, assess their financial needs, and present suitable home loan solutions.
Actively engage in direct sales activities such as client meetings, property site visits, and networking events.
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent relationship management skills
Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Eligibility
Full time Graduation is mandatory
Maximum age – 35 years
