Roles and Responsibilities
Manage workforce management operations, including scheduling, rostering, and real-time analysis.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service level agreements (SLAs) and shrinkage.
Develop and maintain capacity plans to optimize resource utilization.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in Workforce Management or a related field.
Strong understanding of WFM principles, including scheduling software applications like RTA/Rostering tools.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
