🔍 Key Role Highlights:
✅ Develop & manage HNI customer relationships
✅ Drive growth in Investment AUM, CASA & cross-sell
✅ Ensure top-class service delivery and compliance
✅ Conduct portfolio reviews & pitch relevant financial solutions
✅ Lead micro-events, client acquisition & retention efforts
✅ Manage referrals, group companies, and family banking opportunities
✅ Individual contributor role reporting to Head RM

🎯 Ideal Candidate:
7–8 years+ experience in HNI relationship & portfolio management
Banking/ NBFC background preferred
Strong understanding of liability products, compliance & sales strategy
Excellent communication & decision-making skills
NISM/ AMFI/ IRDA certifications preferred
Graduate (MBA preferred)
