Position Purpose
Effectively manage mapped customers, generate revenue, improve book balance and cross-sell products
Role & responsibilities
Focus on developing and implementing a strong foundation in customer relationship management by making outbound calls to Existing and New to Bank Customers
Work towards building a better book value, relationship with customers and manage to source services with customer Cross-sell
Ensure quality and compliance process is followed on every interaction with the customer.
Innovatively migrates customer to different channels / platform for banking service provided by the bank
Tracks and maintains self-performance for review purpose.
Preferred candidate profile
Min 2 Years of Experience as a VRM Good influencing and Negotiation skills Knowledge on tools and flow to be used to monitor (e.g. Microsoft applications, CRM , LMS etc
Salary : 2-4.5 Lacs P.A.
Experience : 2 – 5 years
