Job Description:
– Conduct video-based Know Your Customer (KYC) verifications for our clients
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
– Review and verify customer identification documents
– Conduct thorough risk assessments and make informed decisions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
– Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry best practices
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Prior experience in KYC, AML, or a related field will be preferred
– Excellent communication skills
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
– Immediate Joiners will be preferred
