Job Title: Customer Support Associate Banking Process(Domestic)

Work Schedule:

5 days working
2 split week offs

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory
Age limit: below 29 years
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory

Facilities:

No cab facility provided

Salary:

Freshers: 2.4 LPA
Experienced: 2.7 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to banking services via voice process
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain call quality standards and adhere to compliance guidelines
