Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their banking-related issues.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns in a professional manner.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Meet performance targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in BPO or similar industry.
Excellent English verbal and written skills for effective communication with customers.
Proficiency in Banking Voice process, Customer Service Operations, Email & Chat Support.
Education : Graduation
Shifts : 24*7 , 5Days working 2 Rotational offs
Exp : 0 – 5 years
Salary : 3-4 Lacs P.A.
Salary : up to 30k,Depends on communication skills.
Work location : Shivaji Nagar, pune-411016
