Job Description
We are hiring for a premium International Voice Process role in Customer Service. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in International Voice process are invited to join immediately. The role involves working in 24*7 rotational shifts with 2 days rotational offs.
Role & responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally
Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving their queries promptly
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
Document customer interactions and update records accordingly
Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
Salary: Up to 28,000 (In-hand) depending on last salary and interview performance.
