Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1 – 3 years of experience in voice process, having excellent communication in English
Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Handled inbound calls and outbound calls in international process
Handling all Voice and Processes in BPOs & Call centers. Communicating with them through various channels, including email.
Desired Candidate Profile

1 – 3 years of experience in an International BPO or similar industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
Proficiency in handling international voice processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
