Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for Customer’s Issue

premium English Domestic mode will be voice

Meeting the basic scores & compliance

Maintain the basic work hygiene

Should be polite & Co-operatable

Should be comfortable with 24*7 Shift

Preferred candidate profile

100% Fluency required in English

Candidates should be from Kolkata if not the relocation acceptable, with a rental agreement

Should not have request for leave in 1st 3 months

Candidate should keep their patience

Candidates with minimum qualification of 10+2 with an excellent English communication skill

KYC, Education, Address Prof required
