Shift Window: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Rotational Shifts & Weekly Offs)

Experience: 0–1 Years
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
Job Overview:
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for our voice process team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and ensure a positive service experience through timely resolution and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to incoming/outgoing customer calls and resolve their concerns
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times
Record call details and update internal systems
Follow standard scripts and procedures to handle common issues
Coordinate with other departments to escalate and close cases if required
Achieve individual quality and performance targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
Freshers are welcome; BPO or customer service experience is an advantage
