Outbound / Inbound Customer Care Officer- Virtual Sales officer- HDFC BANK LTD.

Job Location

Giga space, Pune, Maharashtra

Job profile

1. Handling calls of customers

2. Responding to customers with the resolution

3. Adherence to service delivery standards

4. Follow up with concern department / branches for resolution & closure.

Preferable Candidates –

1. Graduate (in any stream)

2. Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in tele calling (no fresher required)

3. Candidates with good communication skills
