We’re hiring talented professionals for our O2C (Order to Cash) team.

🔍 Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Graduates with 1–3 years of experience in:

Billing
Order Entry
Dispute & Collections
Accounts Receivable
✅ Strong understanding of AR processes
✅ Experience in international collections is a must
✅ Excellent communication skills

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers via email for timely payments
Maintain accurate records of collections and receivables
Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, Legal, etc.)
Monitor and escalate high-risk accounts
Prepare daily aging reports and strategize portfolios
Supervise billing disputes, short payments, and credit issues
Identify opportunities to improve AR processes
Meet monthly productivity goals

⏰ Job Details:

Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Sat & Sun Off)
Location: Remote (WFH)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
