Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Authoriser RAO (Retail Asset Operation) at our Kalol branch.

Job Responsibilities –

To work in an error free environment and ensure seamless Retail Assets operations. Authorizer – WB RAO to ensure that all the processes laid out by the bank are followed meticulously without any deviations as per the expectations of the bank and its constituents. Managing login and disbursement of Retail Asset product in the branch as per laid down process and reporting any deviations and getting the same ratified by the senior.

Processing activities for Retail Products

Ensure to understand and follow Bank Loan procedure and regulatory requirements, control methodology.
Ensure to process daily transactions timely and accurately.
Brain storming for process efficiency, improve productivity.
Strong control sense, when theres deferring processing, process until the appropriate level of approval or proper documentation is obtained.
Ensure that agreed control processes and procedure are implemented to identify and mitigate risks in his/her area of responsibility. Aim for Nil Operational Errors.
