We are looking for a candidature for our Video KYC & Mobile Application Segment under our Digital Banking Segment with our Head Office location based out in Mumbai (Lower Parel). The role would be manned under our Information Communication and Technology Department.
Responsibilities:
To carry out Customer Identification process through Video calls
To perform due diligence checks & review KYC documentation through Video calls
To guide and assist customers as well as branch staff for Video KYC process and Digital Banking products
To collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Mobile Banking application
To contribute in designing and development of Mobile Application ensuring they meet requirements and industry standards
To develop project timeline, including milestones and deadlines
Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of Mobile Banking application
Monitor Mobile Banking App for performance, identify areas of improvement
Ensure Mobile App is maintained, updated patched regularly
Business Value addition by contributing to Digital Banking projects
To guide and assist customers as well as branch staff for Mobile application and Digital Banking products
Basic Banking Knowledge; Graduate mandatory & Good Communication and in-depth knowledge of Banking regulatory norms and guidelines.
