Job Description

We are hiring for Inbound Banking Customer Care Executives
Key Responsibilities: -1.Handeling Inbound calls to existing customers and to resolve their query within the calls.

2.Providing excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
Language required: –

Must have excellent command in Hindi,English,Bengali

Shift Timing: – Male (24*7 hours shift in which the candidate needs to give 9 hours which includes 8 hours of net login 1-hour break) No Night Shift for Females along the working window is 7 AM to 8 PM

6 days working & 1 rotational week off

Salary : 14k CTC for Bengali+Hindi / 18k CTC for English+Hindi
