Job Description

Looking for immediate joiners.

Work mode- Work from office only

Transport- One way cab

Shifts- UK Shifts

Must have skills:-

Live Underwriting, Pre- Underwriting, Loan processing, Income calculations.

4C’s of mortgage.

Mortgage guidelines.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing pipeline of loans and supporting the processing/Closing

Should be able to identify priority loans & work on them based on TAT

Validate loan information

Exposures in Credit, and collateral reviews

Exposures in mortgage loan documents

Work with onshore processor on follow ups needed with the borrower and 3rd parties

Ensure receipt of all open conditions and package to underwriter for decision making

Validate required info screens; and updating required information

Work on the files as per the guidelines provided by client.

Ability to manually underwrite complex transactions to ensure the loan meets established guidelines.

– should have experience in mortgage insurance guidelines

– Underwriter should have the ability to read the guidelines to determine whether each loan meets

the requisite guideline as specified by the Client.

– Should know how to run the AUS and verify the data integrity off the Desktop UW / Loan Prospector

– Review the Employment Guideline Requirements

– Perform Income calculations (salaried / Self-employed / Rental / Other Incomes)
