Branch Manager- Senior Manager& Associate Vice President(M4&M5)
Platinum& Elite Relationship Manager- Manager(M3)
Branch Operations Manager- Manager(M3)
Service Officer (M1)

Key Responsibilities :

Client Handling: Manage a Team handling & a portfolio of affluent / platinum customers (typically HNI with high deposits, CASA balances, investments, and banking product usage).
Portfolio Growth: Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling banking products CASA, term deposits, insurance, mutual funds, credit cards, loans, etc.
Service & Retention: Ensure smooth banking experience, provide priority service, and resolve escalations for high-value clients.
Business Development: Acquire new HNI clients through referrals, cold calls, and networking.
Revenue Focus: Deliver on liability & CASA targets.

Key Skills Needed

Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
Developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
Strong knowledge of banking products (CASA, investments, loans, insurance, Commercial Assets like CC, OD, TL, Export Finance etc.).

Eligibility & Experience

Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
Typically 2- 8 years of banking / Wealth Relationship experience.
Prior experience in handling Portfolio / HNI customers is a must. Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities and commercial assets
Understanding of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage.
