Associate-1 to 3 Years
Senior Underwriter-4 to 8 Years

Job description:

Experience in Residential Underwriting
Guideline Interpretation: Proficient in reviewing and interpreting client-specific underwriting guidelines to determine loan eligibility.
Ratio Calculations: Able to compute Debt-to-Income (DTI), Loan-to-Value (LTV), and housing expense ratios.
Income Analysis: Competent in calculating various income types including salaried, self-employed, rental, and other sources.
Asset Validation: Experienced in verifying diverse asset types such as 401(k), bank statements, mutual funds, etc.
