Role: Service Excellence Specialist – Wholesale Banking Group
🔹 Documentation & Compliance – Prepare, issue, and verify sanction letters, facility agreements, and security documents.
🔹 Customer & Post-Sanction Support – Handle customer service requests and ensure smooth post-sanction documentation processes.
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of operational challenges.
