Objectives of this role :
Ensuring high responsiveness to customers problems. Act in their best interest by providing timely and qualitative resolution to their issues.
No revenue leakages while processing Gold Loans
Maintenance of relevant registers / Vouchers
Minimising Operational errors / Prevention of frauds
Ensure there are no Interest outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days
Ensure NIL Renewals pending / outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Any graduate with Gold operations background required.
2.Excellent communication , customer – service, and time- management skills.
3. Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency
4. Age below 30
Branches to be vacant-
Amravati, Katraj, Kharadi, Kondhwa Khurd, Kothrud, Paud Road, Ranjangaon Shirur, Sinhgad Road Pune, Nashik and Solapur Branch.
