In Insbytech I established and maintained relationships with clients and conducted qualitative customer interviews and reviewed focus groups to gather voice of customer data, leading to a revamped promotional strategy that boosted customer retention.
Fundsroom financial services was an opportunity which initiated the interest regarding investments andfinancial markets within me,although my designation over there was in the domain of sales & marketing wherewe were allocated targets on weekly basis. Inspite ofbeing a startup, Fundsroom had a great customer baseand client retainment rate.
