Designation – Senior Executive / Assistant Management
Department: Operations – Credit Card
Location: Gurgaon

Experience required: Minimum 2-3 years in Credit card operations, Dispute management and Settlement Reconciliation for Issuing side for all networks preferably Ru Pay /VISA/ MasterCard
etc.

Job Description:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM, Vision+).

Minimum 2-3years in Credit card operations, Dispute management and Settlement Reconciliation for Issuing side for all networks preferably RuPay/VISA/MasterCard etc.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to have knowledge of settlement reconciliation.

Excel knowledge will be an advantage.

Note: Chargeback and Settlement reconciliation: –
Chargeback & Settlement is responsible for managing and resolving disputes related to payment transactions, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This role involves investigating disputes, gathering evidence, and either resolving them internally or representing the case to payment networks. The analyst also focuses on preventing future disputes through data analysis and process improvements.
