We are hiring for Fraud Risk Analyst Falcon for Jaipur location.
Role: Fraud Risk Analyst Falcon
Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
Experience Required: 2+ years of relevant experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
Job Description & requirement:
• Collaborating with business and development teams for scope finalization and planning integration approach. Continuous engagement with all stakeholders for timely delivery.
• Designing test scenarios to conduct UAT on the Falcon Channels integrated. Knowledge of Rule Writing in Falcon preferred.
• Meeting the regulatory requirements on fraud monitoring and transforming the recommendations into actionable.
• Provide inputs on emerging fraud patterns through analyzing reported fraud data, overall transaction trend, ecosystem trends, FICO consultations and secondary data analytics and converting them into effective rules
• Tracking departmental performance on parameters like fraud prevention, rule efficiency, project performance, etc. through generating periodic MIS reports Documenting and publishing internal processes, project trackers and best practices
• Good understanding of different types of payment channels and customer journeys on Debit and Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Mobile banking, Branch etc.
• Techno-functional role requires in depth Understanding and extensive work experience on FALCON case manager or any other EFRM module.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools like MS Access, PL/My SQL, AWS & JIRA.
