Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation: Generate new business by identifying potential clients through channels like referrals, networking, and cold calling.
2. Client Consultation : Advise clients on suitable home loan options based on their financial situation and help them select the best-fit product.
3.Application Management : Guide clients through the entire home loan application process, from gathering required documents to ensuring timely and accurate submission.
4.Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
5. Compliance & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor offerings, lending regulations, and company policies.
6. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, keeping them informed about their application status and addressing any concerns.
7. Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
1.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
2.Strong sales orientation and goal-oriented mindset.
Sound knowledge of the home loan market and relevant lending regulations.
3.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
4.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
5.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
