Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for collections from customers over phone calls.
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts from delinquent accounts.
Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce write-offs.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
