Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
1. Handling Outbound / Inbound calls of customers
2. Responding to customers with the resolution
3. Adherence to service delivery standards
4. Follow up with concern department / branches for resolution & closure.
Preferred candidate profile:
1. Graduate (in any stream)
2. Fresher or up to 5 years of experience
3. Candidates with good English communication skills
4. Flexible to work in any shift between (7.00 AM to 11 PM),
5. Flexible to work on Holidays/Sundays (as per the attendance roster)
