We are hiring for the International Chat Process for Freshers

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide customer support via chat for international customers.
Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions for review and follow-up
Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company
Candidates should be willing to work in Night/Rotational Shifts
Education/Experience:

Only Freshers for International Chat Process.
Minimum of two years college education
Able to read, write and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions
Must have Excellent Communication skills in English grammar & Typing Speed of 40 WPM with 90% Accuracy.

Note – Not hiring any pursuing candidates.

Walk-in Details:

Date:- Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM to 1:00PM

Note: No Virtual interview

Salary: Fresher – 2,50,000 LPA – 15000/- as Take Home

Night Shifts- Rotational Shifts
