IndusInd Bank is Hiring – Human Resource Operations – Consumber Banking (Non-TA Role / TA profiles won’t be considered)

We’re looking for experienced HR Operations professionals to join our team at IndusInd Bank.

Role: Human Resource Operations
Experience: 6+ years (strictly in HR Operations, not Talent Acquisition)
Location: Chandigarh / Hyderabad (candidate based out in these two locations will be considered)
Positions Open: 2
Designation : AM/DM
Qualification: Graduation/MBA in HR or related field
Preferred Industry Background: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance)

Profile Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who have:
1. Strong experience managing employee life cycle processes – onboarding, grievance handling, payroll coordination, exits, compliance, etc.
2. Exposure to grievance redressal mechanisms, HRMIS, and employee engagement from an operations standpoint.

Note:
This is NOT a Talent Acquisition role. Candidates without BFSI background will not be considered. Kindly refrain from applying if you haven’t worked in Banking/Financial Services sector.
