Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report. So that claims get reimbursed.
Undertakes denial follow-up and appeals work wherever required.
Documents and takes appropriate action of all claims which has been analyzed and followed up in the client’s software.
Build good rapport with the insurance carrier representative.
Focuses on improving the collection percentage.
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication Skills.
Ability to work night shifts
Good keyboard skills and well-versed with MS-Office.
AR or International Voice Internship experience will be an added advantage.
The Location will be Madurai
Working Days: 5 Days (Sat & Sun fixed off)
Candidates with PF History is Not Eligible
