🔹 Role: Relationship Manager
🔹 Location: Across key cities of Rajasthan
🔹 Business Segment: Home Loan & Loan Against Property
🔹 Experience: 2-5 years in home loan / LAP preferred
🔹 Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Source and onboard Home Loan and LAP customers through channel partners, connectors, and builders

Drive disbursements while maintaining portfolio quality

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Collaborate with credit and operations teams for seamless processing

Strong local market knowledge in Rajasthan

Relationship-building and sales skills
