Join RBL Bank as a Risk Reviewer
Position: Risk Reviewer (AM/ DM/ M Grade)
Location: Gorakhpur, Lucknow, UP
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate risks and processes within the Microbanking Business segment.
• Conduct thorough reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify potential risks and recommend actionable solutions to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management frameworks.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:-
• Education: PG degree in Banking/ Finance (with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Experience: At least 3 years in the Micro Banking, focusing on Risk or Internal Audit roles.
Skills:-
• Proficiency in both English and the local language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and engage in fieldwork.
