SBM Bank India is Hiring Video KYC Executives based out of MIDC Andheri East Mumbai

Employment will be on a 1 year Fixed Term contract with the Bank.

Candidates should be willing to work in a 9-hour Rotational shift, between 9am and 9 pm Weekly off will be provided on rotational basis.

*Key Responsibilities*
Conduct live video calls with customers for KYC verification .
Verify identity documents and match them with the customer on video.
Ensure compliance with RBI and internal KYC guidelines .
Address customer Queries Professionally .
Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with onboarding queries .

*Qualifications*
Experience and other requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
Strong communication skills in English & at least one regional language is preferable. Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing platforms.

Up to 1 year experience in a VKYC/customer service or KYC-related role.
Familiarity with banking Process
