Job Description –

Key Responsibilities:
Source new customers for retail loan products (personal loans, home loans, auto loans, etc.) through direct sales, branch walk-ins, and external channel partners.
Achieve individual targets for loan disbursements, fee income, and cross-selling of financial products.
Provide high-quality service to customers by ensuring quick turnaround times and professional interactions.
Handle customer queries related to loan products, eligibility, documentation, and disbursement processes.
Perform basic credit assessments and initial scrutiny of customer documents to assess loan eligibility.
Coordinate with credit appraisal and operations teams to ensure timely processing, sanctioning, and disbursement of loans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to drive consistent business.
Monitor performance of external partners and ensure alignment with internal policies and compliance standards.
Ensure accurate and complete documentation in line with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain and update MIS reports and loan tracking systems to ensure operational transparency and audit readiness.
