Job Title: Risk Manager – Unsecured Business Loans ( Hindsighting)
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Grade: L1 – Assistant Manager
Function: Credit Risk
Job Purpose:
Conduct post-disbursal quality reviews of unsecuredloan products (Business/Personal/Dairy Loans) to identify process gaps, policy deviations, and risks. Improve underwriting standards and support policy enhancement.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in credit risk/underwriting/QA (retail lending)
B.E / MBA / CA mandatory
Preferred: Experience in hindsighting or audit roles
