Roles and Responsibilities
Provide excellent communication skills to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Work on semi-voice processes to handle complex issues requiring verbal interactions with customers.
Handle backend operations, ensuring efficient processing of customer requests through various channels (email, chat, blended process).
Utilize email support systems to manage high volumes of emails efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and reports for quality assurance purposes.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience in back office or similar roles.
Strong understanding of backend operations, including email support and blended processes.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work effectively with international clients preferred.
Proficiency in using technology-based tools for data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
