Role & responsibilities
Working Model – Work From Office
Calling Type:: Service and Retention
Shift Timings:: 9:00AM to 9:00PM(Any 9.5 hours including 1 hours break)
Experience – 1 Year experience in leading/customer process in BPO (On Paper)
Qualification – Graduation Mandatory
Responsible for Customer’s Issue
Maintain the basic work hygiene
Should be polite & Co-operatable
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate should have patience during Interview and Process
Candidate should Speak in English & Bengali or Hindi or Odia or Assamese or Panjabi
English is mandatory.
1 rotational week off per week
