Job Title: HR Manager Site Lead (Banking Sales Process)

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 3 – 6 years (preferably in BPO/Banking Sales Recruitment)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager Site Lead to oversee the complete HR operations for our Navi Mumbai site. The ideal candidate will manage the HR team, handle client interactions, and ensure smooth delivery of recruitment and employee engagement for the Banking Sales vertical. The role demands strong leadership, end-to-end recruitment expertise, and client management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire HR team at the site level.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for banking sales roles from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.

Ensure monthly hiring targets are met within defined timelines.

Maintain strong client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders.

Oversee employee engagement, retention, and grievance management at the site.

Conduct regular performance reviews, HR audits, and compliance checks.

Key Skills Required:

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably for Banking Sales or BFSI domain).

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Excellent client handling and communication skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
