Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice International BPO)
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners | Freshers
Role & responsibilities
Handle customer queries via chat and email.
Provide backend support for international clients.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: HSC (12th pass) and above.
Experience: Freshers are welcome.
Skills: Communication in English.
Technical/Professional Degrees: Not eligible (No B.Tech, MCA, MBA, etc.)
Job Details:
Shift: Rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
Week Offs: Rotational week offs
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week)
