Roles and Responsibilities
Provide customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle international customers’ emails, chats, and non-voice requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Utilize strong English typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) to process customer interactions accurately and quickly.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing emails, chats, and other forms of communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate matters when necessary.
HSC pass are welcome for the interview
Graduation- Only non tech background candidates are eligible
