Role Overview:
The Branch Manager leads the overall branch business, operational excellence, customer experience, and compliance. The role requires driving CASA, deposits, wealth, assets, and third-party product penetration while ensuring a high-performing work culture and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue
Drive branch sales for CASA, Term Deposits, Wealth, Insurance, Loans, and Digital Banking.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets across liabilities and assets portfolio.
Strengthen customer wallet share through deep relationship management.
Customer Experience
Ensure superior branch service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
Maintain high NPS and drive digital adoption among clients.
Operations & Compliance
Ensure full adherence to banking policies, RBI guidelines, and audit standards.
Monitor branch operational activities including cash management, KYC, and AML.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve business goals.
Ensure productivity, performance tracking, and capability development.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of banking products: CASA, Wealth, Retail Liabilities, Loans.
Leadership and people management skills.
Ability to manage revenue, profitability, and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduation/Post-Graduation preferred (MBA desirable).
7–12 years of experience in Retail Banking, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Performance Indicators
Business target achievements (CASA, TD, Assets, Insurance, Wealth).
Audit scores and compliance hygiene.
Customer satisfaction and retention.
